Ptc creo 3.0 not running

Hi,
I have installed ptc creo 3.0 but after installation the programmes doesn't run at all. Can anyone solve this problem

unzip file
get parametric.exe file and put it into Parametric\bin directory (replace original file)

this process is not working, The problem is not only parametric but every
program of the creo is not running

1.] check the contents of C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory, installer puts license file into it

Note: If you are note able to verify validity of license file, please zip it and upload zip file

2.] maybe your problem is related to some network card

Please open DOS propmt window, run following command and upload ip.txt file

ipconfig /all > ip.txt
