Hi,

I'm problem with creo 2.0 i've installed all files,but when I open Creo Parametric the code error that I find is 0x060000c0. I've installed the new version of Quality Agent but the problem still live!

Hi Fabio,

Have you tried downloading and running the below file?

http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/creo2_qualityagent_fix.exe

That should sovle the problem for you. However, if it does not please let me know and we will pursue other options.
