Switching to Windows 7, can I get another license?

If I download the student version to a Vista OS and then upgrade to Windows 7, do I need another license? Am I able to get another free license ? thanks. BOB S

    To find your Host ID: 1. In the lower-left corner of your computer screen, click Start> Run, type cmd in the Run text box. 2. In the command window that opens, type "ipconfig /all" and press RETURN. 3. You could find several Host ID’s, look for the one identified with your Network card. The Host ID will be in this format: ##-##-##-##-## (For Example: 0C-EE-E6-93-A8-A0)
