Thermal mode is not active.

Dear community,
I tried to do thermal analysis using Creo 3.0 (educational edition) but I can't. The thermal mode is not active, I just can add loads (force, pressure and gravity), please see the attached file.
I tried to choose Simulate Lite under Compatibility Mode, but the thermal mode is still not active!
Kindly, how can I solve this?
