Unable to login to Creo to perform licensing.

When i try to log into Creo, it says that "Kunde nicht verifiziert" which translates to that i am not verified.

Hi,

according to https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Creo-installation-stuck-at-processing/m-p/828065#M13079 discussion you can:

 

Submit a request to academicsupport@ptc.com

Send email containing the Mac address (of Ethernet or WiFi network card) and the product code and PTC will send you the license file.

Hi,

go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/wamMain.jsp page, change your password and try again.

I changend my Password but it still did not work.
For your info: I am using a student version.

Hi,

Now i reinstalled Creo completely and deleted everything and now it seems to work. Thank you anyways for your Help!
