Windchill for student robotics teams

We need help setting up our student robotics team with Windchill. 

We use Creo Parametric for a student robotics team. When I try to set up the server in server management, an error is displayed on the web page:  https://academic.ptc.com/Windchill/app/#_ga=

Not Found
