can't see any side on the sketch

after i download the creo2.0(for student) , i cant see any front or top or right one the screen, i check all the options, it all right , but i cant choose any side or sketch place , even i choose top at will , still cant sketch or do anything , i try to download again , but still the same , just like the photo i upload , that is i prt screen, hope someone can hlep me , it will grateful .

    Hi,

    This issue is caused almost always by out of date graphics drivers. Usually updating them should fix this right away.
