hi I am trying the reinstall creo as I have had to put a new os (same as old windows 10) and as I put my key in it says error it is on the student version

Is this Creo or MathCAD? If Creo, you put it in the wrong area of the community. There is a special section of the community for student editions, too.

Is the hardware the same with the same computer name? The license could be tied to the computer name or netwrok card adapter address.
