error when trying to download Creo 4

in my download folder I get

MED-CD-410_m080_Win64.zip.part

when I double click that it asks for which app to use to open it...so which app should be used?...or is the file in error?

that should have been typed

MED-100WIN-CD-410_M080_Win64.zip.part

That means that the download did not complete. the normal file should be a zip file.
