i lost my registration Email, i think it was deleted, and now i have the problem that i can not figure out my old studentlicense, which i have used last year.
Now, to extend the version for another year, i need this license code.
Is there a possibility to get this email again?

I Followed steps but i did not get any response from the support. They say it may take 1-3 days to answer but i have waited for 3 weeks now and there is still no answer.

I do not know how exactly you asked PTC ...
FYI currently Creo 3.0 student licenses are available. So ask them again to send Creo 3.0 student license.
