files missing

unable to launch creo due to missing files. creo was installed and then uninstalled due to the setup trial being installed. I am trying to run ptc as a student version. pop-up reads ( Creo Agent did not initialize correctly. please contact technical support if the issue persists. report error 0x06000012

Follow below steps to further troubleshoot the issue. 

 

  • Uninstall PTC Quality Agent from Control Panel > Programs and Features
  • Re-install the PTC Quality Agent using qualityagent_64.msi file from install > addon folder from the downloaded cd image.
