how to get the license for PTC students?

hi, I am installing PTC creo 9 for students and I am following the installation guide.

I am blocked at this step:

-In the field that appears below, enter the product code from your registration email and then click
Install Licensing.
(The Schools Premium Edition product code is a 24 character code starting with BH000.)

how can I get the license since I did not receive any code in the registration email?
