    I think you should start with the K-12 Tech Support team on the PTC website.  I would suggest you Submit a Support Request.

    How were you connected to the internet when you created the license? Possibility of being on an ethernet cable? This might have licensed your software to your LAN NIC and not your Wifi NIC. Just an idea. There should not be any restriction or limitation to running the software based on your internet connectivity.
