Whenever i connect to internet then i can't use my ptc creo parametric 3.0 WHY?

I have to restart my laptop and then start creo by first disabling the internet so as to work on this awesome software

How were you connected to the internet when you created the license? Possibility of being on an ethernet cable? This might have licensed your software to your LAN NIC and not your Wifi NIC. Just an idea. There should not be any restriction or limitation to running the software based on your internet connectivity.

There is a setting that prevents Windows from disabling the LAN NIC when the WiFi NIC is in use.
