license has expired

Hi.
One year ago I installed CREO 2.0 as a drawing tool in studies of mechanical engineering at the URV (Universitat Rovira i Virgili). Now the license has expired. I have the possibility to extend this license ??
Or should I BELIEVE uninstall and reinstall again ??
