Our Systems Team detected, and has been working to resolve an intermittent connectivity issue between our web application servers and back end CRM system today.
These are the issues/errors we're aware of:
- "Error object:object" when interacting with the Case Viewer
- List of Products incomplete when attempting to open a case
Most times, a refresh will allow users to continue.
We have a fix ready to go live, and plan to push to production on Thursday May 26th.
