How to delete users from eSupport-Portal as Supervisor?

Is it possible to delte users from eSupport-Portal?

I only found a way to revoke all permissions from the users.

Hi,

as Supervisor user you can use Search to tab to see list of company users.

Put * into Email field and click Find Users button

In the list you can click View/Edit link for specific user. After a while you will see My Profile tab related to the user. Now you can click Convert To Basic button to "unattach" the user from the company. Also you can change user's password.

If you want to delete user from PTC user database completely, you have to send this request to PTC Support via Web Account Case Logger page.
