PTC Knowledge Base Articles - Feedback Widget and Left Side Menu Missing

I'm noticing today that the feedback widget and the left side menu are missing on all PTC KB articles.  It's not browser specific,not computer specific, and not article specific.  Seems to be something going on with PTC.

 

Yesterday: (still had a browser session open)

Whatever it was, PTC has apparently resolved the problem.  The widget and other menu are both back again.  🙂
