Each day I receive an email with from PTC with content based on my subscription preferences. The top of this email includes a section called "Proactive Support: Windchill". In this section there are multiple recommendations, each with a unique ID that looks like it should lead directly to each specific recommendation. Unfortunately, all of these links simply lead to the Creo Performance Advisor main page.
Do these links work correctly for anyone else? Is there a quick way to get to each of these specific recommendations without having to manually comb through all of the recommendations for every single Windchill server?
The behavior looks like a default for getting a request the web server doesn't understand. I would guess from the /ssl/auth/ section that it expects you to be logged in somehow, but doesn't take you to the login so the server fails over to the other page.
When I try, it does take me to the login page, then fails (because I don't have maintenance), but takes me to a page indicating the correct recommendation and tells me I don't deserve to see it.
"Your account does not have access to Recommendation R-0007894."
Yes, one would definitely need to be logged in. These are customer specific recommendations. Once logged in the URL just redirects to https://support.ptc.com/Thingworx/Runtime/index.html. Not sure why it won't go straight to the actual recommendation...

By the way, the specific recommendation page had a link to a page with ALL the recommendations. Very nice.
