Account settings for support site
How come there can be only one admin for my company?
How did I update the credit card on file for automatic renewal?
How can anyone find anything on the support site?
I have not received an email response from the email support. Does someone actually review those emails.
I had to resort to Twitter, but only received a reply saying to DM them. I did to the ptc handle, and received not reply. Another user asked me to DM them, but they have DMs blocked.
I don't feel like PTC really is trying to support their customers.
