How come there can be only one admin for my company?

How did I update the credit card on file for automatic renewal?

How can anyone find anything on the support site?

I have not received an email response from the email support.  Does someone actually review those emails.

I had to resort to Twitter, but only received a reply saying to DM them.  I did to the ptc handle, and received not reply.  Another user asked me to DM them, but they have DMs blocked.

I don't feel like PTC really is trying to support their customers.

Whenever we have problems with licensing and such, we contact the people we bought the licenses from, who are not PTC, but are resellers. They usually are able to clear up the mess.
