Assembly from Creo 9 is not opening in Creo 7.0 or 8.0

I am using Creo Parametric Release 9.0 and Datecode9.0.2.0

i updated Creo parametric to 9.0.2 and i found an issue that my collegue with version 8.0 and 7.0 are not able to open the assembly

If you save a model using Creo 9, that file will not open in an earlier release.

 

  • Pro/ENGINEER, Creo Elements/Pro and Creo Parametric support upward compatibility
    • Data created in an older release can open in a newer release
    • Higher version data cannot open in lower version of application.
