Can't change Lanauage from English to Chenese traditional(Creo Parametric 4.0 M020)

Hi Partners,

I want to run Creo Parametric in Chenese simplified.  (Creo Parametric 4.0 M020),

1. I have the license available and added it when I installed it.
2. I have added "ENV=PRO_LANG=chs" to the end of the .psf file and set the LANG and PRO_LANG environment variables.
3. Modified the following options

dialog_translation yes

help_translation yes

msg_translation yes

menu_translation both

enable_popup_help yes

button_name_in_help yes

 It can't be helped.☹️

It works in the simulate module , even though the prompt window still pops up.😫

Any idea? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply, but I've already tried the methods you suggested and I've explained it in my question. I might need to consult with my company's IT department for further assistance.
