Cant Open Creo after installing. LoadLibrary failed.

Hello,

I installed Creo Elements Pro School Edition on my computer. Everything works fine during the installation but every time I try to run the Programm an error is displayed. "LoadLibrary failed. Error 998. Unable to access memory" (or sth similar, translated from the german error display) I tried a lot with the help of my prof but nothing seems to work. Now I cant install Creo Elements Pro School Edition anymore because I used the maximum amount of licences. I wrote to the support Team and haven't received a reply yet. Even if I can install the programm again I might not be able to run it.

Does anyone have a similar problem and solved it?
