Changing the License Server for an Existing Mathcad Prime Install

Is there a way to change the license server for an existing Mathcad Prime installation without using the GUI within Mathcad? I haven't found anything besides changing the XML file for silent installs, but that's only for before it is installed.

 

I'm able to achieve this for PTC Creo by changing a line in the parametric.psf file and would like to do something similar for Mathcad.

 

Using various versions of Mathcad- 9, 10 and 11.
