Creo 10 not opening

Downloading the Creo 10 and doing the installation process with everything downloading with a warning. Then trying to open Creo Parametric 10.0.0.0 the traceback file says there is a crash. How do you fix this issue? I am using parallels pro on a mac pro. I have installed visual C++ and Jarva 11 to sort out some other problems I was having.
