Creo 3 M190 freeze on starting.

Goodmorning everyone, I have a problem with the installation of Creo 3 M190, precisely it freezes as soon as it is started without the possibility of unlocking it. The same PC has Creo 3 M040 installed and has no problem. What can I check to resolve? Can it be the graphics driver?

Hi,

try renaming/deleting PTC sub-directory in %APPDATA% directory.

I tried to install a later version of the graphics driver, but it is not solved.
