Creo 4.0 unresponsive

Creo 4.0 unresponsive

creo 4.0 unresponsive

 

we are using creo 4.0 m100.

 

but don't to Creo4.0.is unreponsive since suddenly yesterday, Reconfigure too

 

try to disable config.pro after  creo still too not action

 

I don't know cause

 

using the  Window 10

If you have a PTC maintenance contract, you should open a support ticket.

Are there any error messages?

Look for a file called std.out and open it as a test file and see if there are any error messages in that file.

Did you rename all the config.pro and config.sup and also search for creo_parametric_customize.ui and rename it to see if it is a setting issue.

Have you made any system changes that might affect your license file like changing a network card or enabling/disabling wifi on your system?

Creo m100 delete and Creo m110 installed

Could you please elaborate "unresponsive"? It is not starting or getting stuck on start splash screen or existing just after start and so on .........

Are you on a subscription that has expired? You will need to download and install a new license file.

 

How far into the start up does Creo get, Splash Screen,  Creo loads, any error messages?

Just had someone experience the same sounding issue with Creo 4.0 M080. However, in their instance, their issues started after having a new motherboard installed. The odd thing was that when connecting their laptop to a docking station, Creo was totally fine. However, when not connecting the laptop to a docking station, Creo would immediately become unresponsive after firing up. After adding config.pro option of "graphics win32_gdi", the unresponsive issue completely disappeared. Thus leading me to believe that not all drivers were updated after having the new mother board installed.
