Creo 5 wiil not start after august 2019 windows 10 update

Creo 5 has worked with all previous windows 10 updates. However after the latest, August 2019, update it will not start. All that happens is it will begin with the spinning blue circle cursor for a few seconds and then nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

You may try re - installation of Creo 5.0 ...  Windows update might have change or remove some of the files for Creo.

I have tried to do that but same response. I rolled back to previous windows version and all worked ok. I will try again with the win update and see what happens.
