I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.6.0

after new installation, it cannot start

Here are the errors that I faced
cannot start, and no xtop and no logs

Tried to follow the guide of https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS258965, but still the same thing

BTW, the user also has Creo 4.0 installed on the same PC. Should he remove Creo 4.0 first or?

    Hi,

it is not necessary to remove Creo 4.0.

Try adding following option into config.pro file and start Creo 6.0

    graphics win32_gdi

    How is Creo started?
Do you run a start script ? Is the desktop shortcut being used?

All in all, did you try firing the parametric.exe directly from <Creo Load Point>\Parametric\bin?
