Creo Distributed Batch 2.0 crash

Hi everybody

I have an issue with Creo Distributed Batch 2.0.

I'm running Creo Distributed Batch 2.0 (in standalone mode) to generate my project documentation automatically.

The software runs fine on my laptop but crashes on my office computer.

Whenever I try to start a task group I get the following error message:

"dbatchs.exe has stopped working"

I attached a screenshot of the crash window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

in CZECH environment in Creo Parametric 1.0 I had to switch into ENGLISH (see below mentioned info) to be able to use Distributed batch. I guess that the same step must be done in Creo Parametric 2.0.

In Notepad open the file CREO2\Creo 2.0\Parametric\bin\ptcdbatch.bat

Put the following line at the beginning of the file

set PRO_LANG=english
