Hi All,
In one of our machines, we installed Creo 12 with a Node locked license. Generated the license based on the host ID shown in the Creo installer. Creo runs perfectly. After a few days, it stops with the error (-9) invalid host ID. When we check, the previous host ID is no longer shown. It shows a whole different Host ID.
Any assistance would help. If not, we may have to escalate to PTC.
Regards.
Hi,
please run ipconfig /all > ip.txt in Command prompt window and upload ip.txt file.
My guess:
Problematic computer only contains WiFi network card -AND- MAC address randomization of this card is turned on.
The solution ... turn off MAC address randomization and get new license file.
Hi
Did you try our Installation Troubleshooter ?
According to the error message you'd land here : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/creo-admin-troubleshooter/error-code/other-errors/error-9,57
