I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.4.0

A single part (.prt) created by Creo is about 1.5G, 200 arrays, which cannot be opened using the master representation. In order to improve this behavior with your specific model , i propose you the check the article CS272516 providing steps to workaround such error message about illegal view instructions.

if main steps don't work , try to follow additional steps from related article CS94018 .
