Creo will not load Custom Interface File (creo_parametric_customization.ui)

I recently had a new OS installed on my machine. Prior to this, I backed up all of my Creo configuration files so that I could later import them as always. After installing Creo 4.0 M030, I simply cannot get my custom user interface file to load. I can successfully load other users' .ui file, but for some reason Creo will not acknowledge my own personal *.ui file. I don't know why my *.ui file would be corrupt if it was working for me prior to the OS installation.

Note: Configuration "load_ui_customization_run_dir" is set to "yes."

I'd verify that you are putting the file in the correct directory.  Of course, if you are able to place other files in that directory that would imply that you have the right one.

Have you tried removing all *.ui files and manually trying to load yours?

The .ui file is in the correct "Start in" directory.

I ran a search in Windows explorer for creo_parametric_customization.ui on all local hard drives and deleted every copy except for the one in the start in directory. Still no luck.

When I attempted to manually load my .ui file, nothing happened.

If it won't manually load your file, it may have somehow gotten corrupted.

Are you running the same build and version of Creo?

Creo just crashed and now it won't read ANY .ui files.

EDIT: Turns out it changed my running directory for whatever reason.
