Many users in our organization are reporting application freeze when attempting to login to Windchill via the CreoParametric embedded browser (IE11). This has occurred in both version 3 and 4. Seems to be a sporadic issue occurring not at all for some users but frequently for others. I can reproduce about 80% of time by moving mouse cursor around the screen during launch. To fix I have to kill the Windows Security process and then login. Clearing browser and Windchill cache do not fix issue and we prefer not to use Chromium browser. Could be a platform agent issue? Currently working with PTC.
Anyone have a similar issue? Any thoughts to resolve?

It was supposed to be fixed in CP4 F000; but we are using CP4 M040 and does not seem to be fixed.
