DIAGRAM not working with 54 license

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.12.0

We still use a perpetual DIAGRAM license, by setting the 'enable_obsolete_modes yes' setting. We had it working a while ago but now we get the message below

Here are the errors that I faced

Thanks very much for your quick response. I don't recall what version we used before but it was a lower sub version of the 8.0.12.0 we have now.

Re guess 1 -  How do I need to add module 54 in the .psf file exactly?

Re guess 2:- our license fie contains "INCREMENT 54 ptc_d 37.0 permanent".  Can I simply ask for a new  license file with version > 39.0?

Hi,

1.]

You can add module 54 in the .psf file in ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME line. See following example:

ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME=PROE_DesignAdv (54)

Note: PROE_DesignAdv is name of my license, please replace it with name of your license.

2.]

INCREMENT 54 ptc_d 37.0 permanent informs you that this code enables you to use DIAGRAM up to Creo 6.0.

You can get code for higher Creo version only in case that your company pays maintenance fee to PTC.

Hi,

so you had it working a while ago ...

What Creo version you used at that time?

Is this version still available (for testing purposes)?

Guess no.1: Creo startup file (.psf) is not properly configured. Module 54 is missing in it.

Guess no.2:DIAGRAM license is obsolete. This means its INCREMENT line contains code lower than 39.0.
