Deleting the .wf folder

I am having the users delete the c:\users\<username>\.wf folder as part of the upgrade to Windchill 11.1 and Creo7. One user cannot deleted it even after rebooting. I had an IT admin try and he sees the file but he also gets a message that the file cannot be deleted saying the file does not exist.

Any suggestions?

It's the leading dot in the folder name.  Try deleting it from a command prompt instead.
