It's just a warning message. By default, the mating surface between parts is considered as bonded. In other words, the whole mating surface is super glued together. Once you apply fastener, it will be no longer bonded interface. Locally bonded around the fasteners. If you want to consider fastener interface, it shouldn't be considered bonded on the whole surface. Just click OK.
