I Generate one license of my client,.but in still i wont get license pack..Its urgent so revert quickly .

I Generate one license of my client,First time i made a mistake,so i change in update hardware information ,and finally i give retrieving license pack..but in still i wont get license pack..,case number & finally got this page..I tried 3 times between 2 hours.

And also finnally i did before raising question i gave Reconfigure software license,,so there is any problem for that,,If they have Retrive license and reconfig license,which one license pack i take?,,

Hi,

Reconfigure Software Licenses link enables you to move license from old license server to new license server.

Retrieve Existing License Packs link enables you to get license file for current license server.
