Bonjour,

Je souhaite installer le nouveau fichier de licence sur mon serveur en 64bit mais lorsque je charge le fichier, il marque que le serveur est déconnecté (lors de l'installation du service de licence)

vous pouvez me contacter  pour résoudre le problème.

You may need to upgrade the license manager software.

I hope you are updating the license manager with new license file, not simply replacing the existing license copy with new one.

I have asked to PTC to generate a new licence file for my new server with mac adress

When I chose the licence file the setup send me that is inacccesible

Check if you have Microsoft Visual C++ #### Redistributable installed on machine. Check the appropriate version (#### ) for your server.
