License Failed for Creo 3.0

So i have successfully downloaded creo 3.0 many times, but every time I actually open up creo 3.0 parametric, it says there is a license failure, and when I press ok it closes out the application.  I have a project due coming up and cannot even use this program.  Any tips on how to fix this?

Can you give more details about the error? And Which edition of Creo is this?

Student, academic or professional edition of Creo3?

If professional, did you obtain a new license file with the codes for Creo3?
