Looking at the message, you are not using the right NIC card address for the server.

Run PTCHOSTID and see if the NIC card matches the NIC address in your license file.

I am not able to open the file "ptchostid"

Another question:

I got a license from school that i also can use the application "welding" at creo parametric 1.0.

Can i use this license and will work it and how i must write in it?

Contact PTC student edition help for support issues with the student editions.

I feature enabled for Creo1 will not run with Creo3.
