Licensing Issue Preventing Parametric from opening

I recently had to restore my computer because of some Windows 10 bugs. After the restore, I reinstalled CREO Parametric 3.0 and opened it. It continues to give me the following error: "License request failed for feature     Invalid feature name: [FEATURE_NAME]." Once I click ok, it shuts the application down. How do I resolve this issue? Thanks,

Hi,

you need license file to successfully run Creo Parametric. Did you backup license file before destroying Windows 10 ? What kind of license did you use ?

I would like to see window containing error message. Please launch Creo, enlarge the window to display complete error message and post picture of the window.
