Hello guys,

I have an university type PTC Creo 3.0 M50 After I installed the newest WIN10 update, when I start Creo it crashes with bluecreen all the time.

The program starts normally, but when I want to start a new project it crashes.

I tried to reinstall our configuration we got from university, but nothing fixed it.

says: UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP

I need some help, because i dont know what to do now.

Thanks

This is a known issue.  The newest Windows 10 update does not appear to be compatible with Creo.  PTC is aware but has not released a solution.  The only option is to roll Windows back to the previous version.  From https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS261077
