ProductView and Windows 7 versus XP

Does anyone know as to why users on PDMLink 9.1 that are on 32 or 64 bit of Windows 7 cannot view thumbnails of objects after installation of Productview, but users on Windows xp can?

Which maintainence release are you using in 9.1. Windows7 support for Windchill came in at M040.
