ProjectLink?
How well does ProjectLink work in Windchill? I can see value from branching models (being able to checkout and modify parallel designs) but having to buy a username license (not floating) for everyone potentially on a project seems prohibitive.
PTC has discounted "bundled" licenses to reduce the cost by adding a PDMLink seat with ProjectLink, but you cannot unbundle them when assigning users - and for projects that blossom and fade, that seems to be overly restrictive.
Not to mention maintenance due at the end of each year.
Is ProjectLink a valuable piece of Windchill?
