Dear Sir,
I have successfully installed CREO Parametric and whenever I try to open it (In admin credential working except zoom in/out, But same system log in via user unable to open ), the loading icon appears next to the cursor and disappears after 3-4 seconds but CREO parametric does not open and I don't even get any error messages.
So, I don't even know what's wrong.
I hope can u help me with this at the earliest.
If I reinstall the software, same License will be applicable or not. kindly inform me and do the needful.
