User name not appearing in User under modification History tab

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.5.0


How can we configure Display model modification history tabs in Creo ( Item name, Change description, User etc)
(OR)
Where I can find the property ProParameterVisit().
