What is the cost for Creo View 5.1 license for Middle East Customers

I would like to know what is the cost for Creo View 5.1 license for Middle East Customers.

We already using PTC Creo 2.0 license, does Creo View 5.1 is compatible with Creo 2.0.

I have already contacted 4 times to PTC re-seller https://www.3d-me.com/ which is location in UAE.

But didn't receive any reply from them.

If you could provide me any other re-seller in Middle East Reason it would me great help.
