creo parametric 9.0.5 execution error

When you install and run Creo 9.0.5, the Creo window appears briefly and then immediately forces the shutdown. The 10 and 3 versions run well, but only Creo 9.0 versions get this error. I don't know what kind of error it is. Running with administrator privileges in 9.0.5 will cause it to run. The license type is Floating.

It doesn't give any error message and it just closes immediately.
