creo response is too slow after launching

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM060

Creo response is too slow after launching. After a minute, the xtop process has to be killed since Creo stops responding.
The client machine & the license server are on two different networks but have an IPSEC tunnel to establish connect with each other.

In the Std.out file, I see the below entry repeated multiple times.
Connection restored with License Server (#)

Creo becomes irresponsive in a tunnel configuration and you found the error message Connection restored with License Server (#) in the std.out. This makes the session unusable.

When searching the error message in our knowledge you will find two interesting articles:

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs188453 that tells that the message is thrown after a time out
https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs149103 that points to connection breaks

Finally this conversation tells that some anti-virus system was cutting the tunnel.
